General terms and conditions for booking your stay at Com-In Alkmaar.
We would like to welcome you for a stay of at least two nights.
The studio prices:
- Low season from January 1st to May 1st : € 123.00 per night
- High season from May 1st to September 30th : € 128.00 per night
- Autumn from October 1 to December 20: € 123.00 per night
- Christmas period from December 21 to January 3, 2027: €128 per night
10% discount for stays of seven consecutive nights.
Prices exclude tourist tax of € 3.24 per person per night, and include cleaning costs and parking costs.
After booking, you will receive a payment request for your stay.
